Is the E spillway that is in trouble or is it the parking area to the left. That looks to be a poorly designed and looks like it can just wash out around that left side unless it's all bedrock.

can someone post those on here? And the big question, is the "DD" section (the tallest part) of the e-spillway sitting on granite, or is it sitting on fill, in which case is the erosion undercutting? |
