At first I took a look at the shirt and gave the guy a disgruntled look. After another beer I pulled the gentlemen aside and asked him if he knew how many Hundreds of MILLIONS of people had died under the communist rule. He responded that he didn't know and said, "what do you want me to do, take off my shirt?" I responded no, that would make me a dick and I know we all want to have a good time. However, I would be cautious as to where you wore that shirt because me wearing a Hitler shirt would probably be less offensive than the shirt you're wearing.

Communitist "party"... get it? No? I didn't think so. Lighten up Francis, it's just a shirt.

That's fine but at least let people know what that so called speech really means. It's not like they really find out in the public education system these days what true history is. And I'm betting that there are a few out there that will think twice once they really understand that a lot of the lighthearted treatment of communist is in itself very stupid considering all the evil it did.

I have lots of really stupid T-shirts and I would just consider it a Joke. I am as patriotic and anti-commie as anyone but I would not say anything to a stranger. I remember in college another student was wearing a shirt with Karl Marx on it. I asked him about it and he was a commie, but I left it at that.

This is why I didn't drag the guy outside and demand he remove his shirt, I simply let him know that he should look up the history of communism before wearing a shirt making a joke of it.

I think the shirt is funny. If I were wearing it and you attempted to drag me outside I'd drag you across the fucking floor on your face. You might be happy to take my view into consideration, but I don't give a fuck about yours so do everybody a favor and keep it to yourself.

So good job on making yourself look like a busy body, t-shirt patrol jackass. I hope it made you feel really important picking on some guy that you obviously knew was weaker because you'd never do something like that to a guy like me.

People have no fear of communist anymore because they don't understand what it really means. How many of you can say that you have civilian relatives personally impacted by it? Not too many I imagine. FYI my mother's parents were executed by them and she was imprisoned at the age of 17 during the Greek civil war.

Maybe a lot of you younger guys need to start hanging out with older people before they die off and let them explain to you just how vile and evil communism is before making light of it.

For the one's that think it's funny, go find a shirt of Hitler and his gang doing the same thing and see the reaction you get. Since the holocaust is still revered and well known, my bet is at the end of the day you won't be in such good spirits and maybe even ashamed. As you should be. That's the difference in these two but in reality communism and the Nazi's shared much in common.

Communism isn't evil, it is just simplistic, stupid, and unrealistic.  The imprisonment, torture, killings, etc. is the dictator, not communism or socialism.

Actually, it's 100% accurate.

A truly communist society is 100% voluntary.  Every single member is totally selfless by choice.

The problem is, people aren't like that.  And the evil comes into play when you get a small number of people trying to enact by government what can never work under the current human condition.

Why do you own guns???   BECAUSE I CAN, BECAUSE I WAN TO.  ITS MY RIGHT.  I DON'T NEED A REASON THE CONSTITUTION EXPRESSLY GRANTS ME THAT RIGHT.  Don't all of these sound familiar to any regular of Arfworld.
