Staff don't always "catch" people violating the CoC. Sometimes there are no staff on duty. 2. It's especially difficult if no one reports the violation. 3. It's easy just to state "double standard" without backing that statement up with facts. 4. Just because you don't agree with the facts doesn't make your position valid. 5. I'm sure there are many things that happen when someone is banned including email communication. It usually "just doesn't happen". Unless there is an obvious instant bannable offense like posting porn, spamming the site, or making threats, there is going to be a track record that is considered. 6. "Double standard" doesn't include different situations where one is lawful and one is murder, unfortunate as that is. 7. Crying about it isn't going to change anything. A discussion with facts and logical conclusions will bear out the truth. |
