A domicile in order to receive a certificat of occupancy must have water power and heat and sewer/septic.
Since she has none called codes enforcement. They get paid to fuck with people more so than cops. May take a little more time but in the end she will lose. |

Why not give her some water, firewood and an occasional ride? Your cost is minimal. Her benefit would be great. But I'd ignore her pouting about the dog poop. If I were the only one on the peninsula, I wouldn't be bashful about shooting loud weapons. If she complained, I'd treat it like the dog poop issue. But that's me. Everyone draws their line at a different place.
