Increasingly restrictive regulation of lead is likely to affect the production and cost of traditional ammunition

I wonder if this explains the huge order by the feds last year for ammo.  Stocking up before they turned around and outlawed the importation of lead.

We have known for at lease a decade that they were going to attack the availability of ammo as a back door gun ban scheme.

They will now just import lead wire probably at a fraction of the cost of domestically produced lead, and enjoy increased profit margins.

Also domestic lead mines will enjoy a boost due to the now increased international demand for lead (to be imported into the U.S).

The fed.gov, yeah protecting the world from us.
