I normally go to bed at 8pm and wake up between 3 and 4, I was shocked when I woke up at 6 this morning, guess I needed the extra sleep.

My sleep patterns should be a lot more normal once we move into the new house and my wife no longer needs to get up at 4.30 to beat the traffic to get to work.
