I'm glad a mod stepped up to the plate and took care of that shit.
I am disappointed in ARF, I thought we were better than that. The trend on this forum has been moving more and more towards acceptance of this behavior. I understand the frustration and animosity towards a segment of a community criminally acting out, but two wrongs don't make a right. Throwing around slurs may not be as wrong as burning down a business, but it is still wrong! Also, I was really hoping that thread would make it to page 556.

There was a time when this nation viewed these actions as those of agents provocateur. I would assess that this observation was accurate then and is accurate now. These demonstrations have little to do with Mike Brown or whomever and have everything to do with social change and power.
Police don't kill blacks because they're black. They kill blacks because they provide the police with the requirement to use lethal force far more often than any other race. Officers that I know that are the most vitriolic towards blacks are black themselves. They're not racist. They're realists that aren't burdened by PC bullshit and also are angry at behavior that is despicable being perpetrated by members of their own race. FBI on MLK The FBI initially monitored King under its Racial Matters Program, which focused on individuals and organizations involved in racial politics. Although the FBI raised concerns as early as March 1956, that King was associating with card-carrying members of the Communist Party, King’s alleged ties with communism did not become the focus of FBI investigations under the existing Communist Infiltration Program (COMINFIL), designed to investigate groups and individuals subject to Communist infiltration, until 1962. In February 1962, Hoover told Attorney General Robert Kennedy that Stanley Levison, one of King’s closest advisors, was ‘‘a secret member of the Communist Party’’ (Hoover, 14 February 1962). In the following months, Hoover deployed agents to find subversive material on King, and Robert Kennedy authorized wiretaps on King’s home and Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) offices in October 1963.
Blacks have been conditioned to behave and react like this for 5 decades at their extreme detriment. Yes, they receive the entitlement payouts but overall, as a sub culture, they are spiraling down the drain and they are much worse off today than they have been in decades. To paraphrase they are simply useful idiots for an agenda that is much more nefarious. The danger that we as nation now face is that the leader of the DoJ is a racist, an afro-centrist and works for a Marxist. These riots play well into their agenda. |
