depends on what you're looking for...

something for a target / bench rifle? something shorter, entry length?

I like mine also.  But think the PRS is better for target and bench.

You can't beat the ACE for light weight and style.

Really you can also just buy any stock fixed or not, and fix it yourself.

I just did this and am amazed how it easy it is to do. I am thinking about getting rid of my a2 length fixed Bushmaster M4 stock and pinning my own a little shorter.

Ace Skeleton
Looks great. Feels great.
Great cheek weld. Super rubber butt plate.

I just bought an ACE today, very comfy, and as sturdy as a fixed stock.

I have the Magpul PRS on my varmint ar. It has weight to it but with all the adjustment you can make to it so you can have the perfect sight picture and cheek weld it is well worth it.

Thanks for the replies guys, I'm going to give the ACE skeleton a shot. Decided against the PRS because the gun won't be strictly bench, went a different way with build so I can walk around comfortably to hunt with it

Whats the best way to pin a collapsible stock?

Since there is no official way, you have to do it so that it can't be moved with out destroying it. I found where I wanted it, then epoxied the whole buffer tube in the groves underneither and let it dry where I wanted it.
Then I drilled 3 holes through the stock and through the buffer tube. Then I knocked in a roll pin into each hole and again filled it with epoxy. I used the shavings from drilling through the stock to make the holes 'invisable'. Believe me, it isn't moving anywhere.

I thought it would be hard, but it was super easy.
