There are dovetail to bayonet adapters, but not bayonet to dovetail adapters.

You would need a new mount.

You can remove the rear roll pin on the bottom of the mount to slide the bayonet adapter off, and replace it with one of these:

Thank you. I wasn't sure if those would be compatible or not.

Yep.

Just make sure that if you do this, that you remove the rear roll pin.  To release the device from the dovetail, the adapter must be slid very far forward since the Rhino II is not cut out in that area like an AKA2, so if you remove the front roll pin, it is a disaster waiting to happen.

Put some work into my BASE Jump. Swapped the M952V for a Surefire helmet light.

Butchered the new style helmet light mount and an ARC wing mount to make a workable and free SF HL>ARC adapter. Frankly I hate the SF HL but I can't afford to buy a newer light when I've got a couple floating around my gear box. I also added some 550 cord for dummy cording.

The biggest thing I noticed is that the BASE is more stable and (obviously) lighter, but my TC2001 is much more comfortable, and with the SOE NSW Strobe pouch more balanced. I'm not terribly thrilled with how the BASE feels on my head, but I can't justify the Exfil at this point. The BASE feels properly fitted front to back, but not side to side, and it feels like the front hangs forward too much.

Now if the weather would stop being so insanely cold and windy I have plans for this setup. (It's supposed to be -45 w/ wind during the day tomorrow )

Also, thanks for the ATPIAL-C that I got on the first order back in Dec! It finally completed my CQBR clone.

All around a thing of beauty.  The SG is definitely the BNVD model I'd want if I were getting one - hope to see plenty of reviews/user feedback!

Yeah I put a lot of thought into what setup I wanted and liked everything about the BNVD-SG more than any other setups. I thought dual gain might just be "too many things going on" or too much to fool with in the dark while chasing coyotes and hogs. I have enought switches and gear to mess with as is with rifles, lasers, lights, sights, varmint calls, thermal monocular, etc. didn't think I'd like having to take the time to get the gain on each tube adjusted correctly and the gain controls seemed a little exposed on the outsides of the tubes as well. The only thing I don't like about the BNVD is that I couldn't get TNVC to paint it FDE for me like my TNV/PVS-14 and they said my warranty would be voided by painting it myself no biggie though.

The TC2001 looks sick Joe. Especially with that woodland cover. Might consider setting my ACH up in a similar layout to yours while still keeping the multicam cover

That thought did cross my mind. I'll have to find some good flat colored vinyl that has a good adhesive that won't be peeling off when it gets wet/dirty, etc.

Thanks. Also, the Pouch on the back is an OSOE NSW Strobe pouch for an MS2000 and also holds batteries.

When the Army goes to multi-cam I probably will too. I just can't bring myself to get an ACU cover sewn for this when we're about to swap over from UCP. But when we do shooting events I use peltors which would work better with a high-cut.

It doesn't look like they offer it in coyote, but they do have a couple ATACS patterns, as well as Desert Digital - maybe this might work for you?

Gun Skins - Camouflage Patterns

I've never used them before, but there's a long thread on 'em in the Refinishing forum, and you can get them both in pre-cut patterns, as well as just sheets so you can make/cut custom patterns.

The P+ option is the the hand-select tube option. I figured it was worth getting the P+ option since I was already spending that much. Another $400 isn't much at that point and well worth it for nice tubes.

Nothing special but I took an old opmod head band and used the large strap with Velcro attached to and ran it through helmet to make myself a tie down point for lanyard. The strap had a loop in it already and then I tied off the shoe string that is normally on the cap in a knot at the hole coming out the pvs base leading to cap then some slack and tied off to cap and it was run through the loop on top of helmet two times.

Sorry I just finished with 2 degree's in College and I am paying my loans off and just started to work, once I get the funds I will get the real deal stuff from tnvc. Just wanted to show off what I do while bored at home haha.

My fiance makes certain types of women clothing and she has a mannequin on a stand with the head and everything and I have been drop testing it for about 15 minutes and it falls just below your chin about middle of the neck.

They're on the OpsCore helmets too.

They clip to the optic/swing-arm and pull it rearward to remove slop when deployed.

Maybe my Google search techniques are bad, but I couldn't find any information on mounting Howard Leight Impact Sport earmuffs to helmets in a similar manner as Peltor/Sordin earmuffs.

I purchased a few a while back during some sales and figured they'd be useful on a helmet. However can't figure out if the Sordin adaptors would work and how to go about it.

Thanks,

I thought maybe that is what it was, but I didn't know if the straps would work on a TW rig.  I like that feature.

First Spear makes them, TNVC sells them to LEO/MIL with a minimum order(6 I think) and there are some outfits in EGAY that will custom make them as well.

Here's a setup intended for Sentinels or PVS-23.

Crye Airframe
Wilcox L4G01 (would normally use the LEMO adapter for use with the battery pack)
Helstar 6 strobe
L3 Battery pack
Peltor Comtac 3 dualcomm w. Crye adapters
Princeton Tec MPLS switch
Contour Roam on right rail (not visible)

Did an all in one shot, just got my sentinels in today working great. Though I might add a bit more weight to the back somehow I did away with the battery pack cover/pouch it's velcro wasn't holding tight enough for me. Need to find something other than another strobe to throw on the back, may do a small pocket of 123s.

Anyway here it goes:
