Ok....where on eBay?  Any link?

My jeep is jealous.

Mine is too.  I also want to know more about the liner TBS used.

I got mine from trailworthyfab. Stutz saw how bright mine was.

My night vision still has not recovered.  Thanks.

No shit, it was as bright as whatever game they were playing was loud.

My wife is pissed at you right now, so you are not off to a good start.  She's hateful and holds a grudge.

Sorry, bro, but you had it coming... posting a thread like this and all, right where I could see it...

If you guys are serious about wanting some of these I have some connections in the emergency lighting industry and can get a fair price on bulk orders.

It would have to be a group buy with staff approval.

Feniex Work Lights

My advice, stay away from the China lights and ebay sellers, they have a horrible track record.

Do they come in IR?

Do you also wish to fan the flames of my wife's hatred?

Tread lightly, as she just went to the craft store to , presumably, get the oil changed on her broom.

What's the wiring like?  Switch included?  Two wires?

wiring is adequate no connector just bare ends. i installed power poles and water sealed them.

this was about 2 hours after i sprayed it. the shine is just wet finish. it looks mean as hell now that it's dry

i used a product called RAPTOR LINER by upol. good shit and VERY easy to spray. 2 kits was enough for 2 coats on the sides and tops and 3 on the front and hood. 2 kits is 8 32oz bottles. i used about 5.5.

What kind of prep was required before you sprayed?

i had some clear coat that was peeling so i sanded that down to the primer. the good areas i just scuffed with the sander and sprayed. to be honest i likely overdid it on the prep.

How much do you think it would take to do a Jeep Wrangler?  Not the top, just the body?  Did you buy the spray gun or what did you use?

i bought one kit with the gun and one without. just the outside i suspect you could get by with one kit. but the stuff is cheap enough to have extra. hell i may paint my lawn mower next :)

you can always spray a second coat later if needed or you run out.

Thanks, I'll post pics when it's done.

Mine has been under water alot until i moved it higher.
Go to trailworthyfab. My friends have bought 4 more from him and you actually talk to a real person that has them in stock at a real store.

OP I put one of those on my pickup over a hear ago.  I've had ZERO problems out of it.  It's been 100% reliable and is still insanely bright.

All at about 25% of the cost of a Rigid bar.

i am thinking about ordering 3 of the 12" flood bars to mount on the sides and rear of my roof rack. would be awesome for work floods around the truck.

I want to get some 6inch ones to try out. The 12 is too bright for most stuff.

That's where I ordered it from.  Hopefully I'll get time next week to do it.  How bad was the overspray?  Did you paper over the windows completely or just border them?

i'd be lighting up a fire or accident scene we NEVER have enough light...ever. all we have are a few xenon/halogen scene lights on the 2 engines we have and the alley lights on the chiefs explorer. we are a small and poor department. heck, i paid for my own radio and gear so the department could spend money on keeping the trucks running. we ain't got much but we work with what we have.

Our dept is the same way.  If you want decent stuff, you buy it yourself.  All of my jump bags are personally owned.  I'm one of the few on the squad that is actually equipped to save someone's life in a trauma situation.  I even bought my own bunker gear.  I got it off ebay for about $150.  It fits and was just like new, just out of date for the real depts.
