Forty-seventh out of fifty states for working moms

http://www.whec.com/news/report-new-yorkone-of-worst-states-working-moms/4126767/?cat=565

There seems to be a consistent ranking of NY at the bottom.

This morning I heard on the radio that Rochester is one of four cities in the nation that showed negative growth.

That's not possible.

The TV tells me all the time that New York is open for business.

That's what I hear too.  And with mandates to provide $15/hour minimum wage, paid time off, etc. we must be a really great place for business

Sucks about Rochester.  I have tax free mutual funds invested in Rochester Muni's.  As long as they keep making the payments I'll be happy.  Puerto Rico is another matter...
