nathen sucks!!!!!! View Quote Water is wet, clouds bring rain, and Nathan shits all over Annibal Sanchez and the Tigers. He's toast. Whatever problem he has with his back or shoulder isn't getting better. He's had a good run. Time to send the guy back to his Bass boat in Florida, he's had a good run , but it's time to hang up the spikes. |

Did you catch the interview with Ausmus? He dodged the hell out of the insinuation that Nathan was working around an injury. My guess is Brad has shown an excessive amount of patience, and this is where he he goes all Honey badger on Dumbrowski and pushes the issue. The Black Sox are coming up, and they are no joke. Possibly the best team going right now. That 5 game lead could be a 0 real quick with this pen. |
|
I feel bad for Sanchez , the kid pitches his ass off, only to get dumped on by nathen and the others, the last game Sanchez pitched in, they panned the dugout when nathen blew it and you could see Sanchez was pissed , I don't think brad is going to be like Leland , he's bitching at dumbrowski

Nah...
Coke just got the call from the Pen. Ya can't give a game a way without putting a Bow on it. Bases are loaded, one out, and Coke is on the mound. NOW the Game is over. If Brad is ever going to get DD off his dead ass, this will be a showcase. Otherwise, it's going to be a Long assed summer. |

Hahaha. It looks like the beginning of the year when the Tigers were on that winning streak was the fluke.
And this is the real tigers we're seeing. This is what it must feels like to be the Red Sox for those few years, with all that talent and not performing on the field at all. This goes on for another week or two, I might call this season off and completely ignore baseball. Tired of getting pissed off about these games. |
|
This is worse than the terrible years. You didn't expect anything out of the shitty teams. This year, all these stars and so many losses.

With the 23rd overall selection in the 2014 MLB Draft, the Tigers select centerfielder Derek Hill of Elk Grove High School in Elk Grove, CA.

Apparently he isn't a great hitter though.

What the fuck man. A run already against the Tigers in the first inning.
Does someone, somewhere have an entire set of voodoo dolls for the entire team? Or some kind of sorcery going on? What the fuck? There is no way the Tigers should be this bad. |

The Pen is still horribly pathetic and weak. Boston just sucks, but I'll take it!! Suarez AND Romine getting hurt, might have been the last of the bad JuJu, that came from Coke cutting deals with Jobu. |

Quoted: Nothing is more irritating when you seeing your pitchers walking bad hitters who have no business being on base. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Why the hell do they keep bringing Nathan in!!!!! Nothing is more irritating when you seeing your pitchers walking bad hitters who have no business being on base. If Nathan can't get it straightened out, then they're in real trouble. The guy has a track record of being lights out his whole career, and there aren't too many guys in the bullpen who can get the job done, certainly not in the 9th. Joba is about the only other option, but he has really grabbed a hold of that setup slot. |

Why the hell do they keep bringing Nathan in!!!!! View Quote I am convinced that Brad is giving the boy all the rope he wants, and then some. Tigers have a lead and wont be knocked out of first for a while. It's better for tards like Nathan and Coke to self identify early, instead of later, like Coke did in the series. Ausmus has said before, he's focusing on the series. (I keep telling myself this...it's self delusional, but cheaper than throwing shit at the TV) Plus, he's pretty limited on who else to work without setting up the accordion effect again. |

Hopefully Joel Hanrahan will be ready soon. Then we can have a three way battle over the Setup and Closer roles.

I went to school and played little league baseball with tonight's home plate umpire.

Just logged in to say "OH HELL NO!!" Ortiz has OWNED Coke in the past. Ball 3...with Napoli on deck. FUCK YOU JOBU!! FUCK YOU!!! Looks like Coke is gonna face him down annnndd.... |

OK...it's time.
Opinions on Suarez? I think the Kid is going to work out just fine, once he settles in the rest of the way. He's hitting better than several Veterans, and playing solid defense. |

Small sample size, but it would be great if he could keep it up.

Errors and the pen...once again.
Suarez...he's a keeper. JD got blitzed, and will come around. All the same, he's chasing shit that should have never been sent his way. |

Todays game was one of the radio super saver games. Glad I passed on this one.
Anyone else on the SW side considering the bus trip/game? http://www.mwfb2.com/shoppingCartMI/viewItem.php?id=1160 |

The day off didn't help.
Fucking losers with their giant salaries, letting the garbage ass Central division teams catch up, and soon to overpass them
