Does anyone know of a place (scrap yard, metal recycling, etc.) that I can take a few lead ingots to in order to analyze the lead, tin and antimony composition? I live in Columbia, so I would prefer as close to there as possible.

I would prefer one that has an XRF gun that can just shoot it for me.

Anyone got any suggestions for places that might have this?

I know rotometals will do it for $50, but I don't even have $50 worth of lead and I only need 2 ingots tested.

I should have updated.

There is a guy on castboolits.gunloads.com that will do an analysis for the price of 1lb of lead.

So I can get my two batches of lead analyzed for the price of 2lbs of lead! So I just sent him 2 ingots (representing my two stacks) and he will analyze them in exchange for keeping the lead. It's a heck of a deal!

Here is a link for anyone interested.
