Watching the ISS fly overhead is interesting to see....Happens frequently and requires no special equipment.

We've used This website many times.

Shows the location according to daytime/nighttime and zoomed in to the precise location.

It passed west to east directly over the north star last night at around 11:45pm and exceptionally easy to see.

Except for the fact that it was cloudy last night, so I couldn't see it
