Earlier this evening Amendment 1 to SB556 Criminal Law Tech was scheduled to be heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee tomorrow morning at 10:30 AM.   If this bill becomes law it will  arbitrarily define and ban possession of “assault weapons” throughout the State of Illinois.

Hit. I swear they do this just to give us witness slip fatigue... I don't see why they make us redo our slips after they change the hearing every time.

I dont think witness slips are in Roberts Rules of Order

2 hours after posting to the committee schedule, ILGUNLOBBY reports Senator Munoz has indicated he will not be calling SB-556 today with either Amendment 1 or 2 and wants to work out a bill on the felons in possession.   So we get to do it again!
