I believe, and don't quote me here, that the PD has access to the range and may operate at unusual hours. But it's also a members only club deal last I heard. Probably make their own rules.

Edit: Found the website, they seem pretty strict and don't allow rifle or pistol right now. http://www.seattlerifle.org/home |
