hello all,

my wife and i have recently moved back to california after being overseas for the last three years, and during that time all of our friends got smart and moved out of california.  so we are looking to hook-up with other like minded couples for friendship in southern california.  

the reason i am posting this here (and a couple of other boards as well) is that i know there are a lot of people out there, who like me, cant stand the ignorant, knuckle dragging general population and dont like to associate with large groups of these people.  that is why we dont go to the ar15.com type get-togethers and why i gave-up posting here back in 2000.

we are looking for a few couples to hang-out with on a regular basis - a small tight circle of loyal friends.  here is a little about us.

about us:
we are rock solid "salt of the earth" type of people
we are the most loyal people you will ever meet
we hold NO pretenses -- we call it as it is, not as we wish (we are most harsh upon ourselves)
we are financially successful
people who hate us, hate us for the same reason that other people like us -- we are brutally honest
we are preparedness experts (survivalists)
i was campaign manager for 4 separate national libertarian campaigns, and ran for local office myself on two occasions

our interests include:
shooting, of course (my wife is a better shot than most guys)
camping, a lot
baseball, i play adult hardball every sunday (man i love this game)
angels baseball
libertarian activism
good conversation with good people
preparedness

our politics
we are jeffersonian style libertarians (quasi-anarchist) politically and objectivists (for the most part) philosophically.
we know the republicans are IDENTICAL to the democrats (worse in many respects)
we know ALL government employees to be lazy socialists (otherwise they would have real jobs)
we know bush to be as evil as all his predecessors before him
the iraq war is immoral and evil
