Made in Iran by ICIG under the DIO (Defense Industries Organization) umbrella - they are known as the T9 (A2 and A3 stocks) and T9K.

Green forearm and green SEF style grip frame with Persian markings.

I handled a few of the Iranian made G3s during my time in Iraq. They seemed to be comparible to any other G3/HK 91 I had seen before. Since the MP5 is more or less a scaled down one of those, I wouldn't think it would've been hard to produce there.
