I've put together a (mostly) Ti suppressor for my shorty .45 DI AR and I'm looking for suggestions.

-Apogee Ti 1.5" x 8.375" tube
-RoninPro SS thread mount (DM YHM mount I started with was all wonky...)
-RoninPro Al Gen2 end cap
-Ti VSR's bored to .530 and coned a bit on the forward side
-Spacers are ~0.8 for the first half and ~0.6 for the rest, 9 VSR's total.

I've shot it some already, dry, and it's about as quiet as a friend's Wraith .45, but I'm sure I can get a little more out of it.
I'll take more pics of the can later, but I'm curious what the most effective clip style would be for this combo.

Only picture I have of the can, when I was boring baffles:

Awesome. Any info on the SBR itself? That thing is sweet, too.

ETA: Just found your thread on that SBR. As a fellow home machinist, I tip my hat to you, sir.

Yes, very nice job on the SBR. I like that you're bringing the Swan Sleeve back

As far as your VSRs, I'd be looking at a scallop type clip.

You could start with a cutter around 3/8" and see how it sounds.

I was considering that since the best pistol cans on the market (Obsidian for one) use them on their radials.
Then I got to reading this:  http://form1suppressor.boards.net/thread/1203/scs-double-hybrid-clip-dhc
Seems like a symmetrical baffle would lead to less POI shift.

Well this is what I went with. I clipped everything but the blast and end baffle, I may do those later.  There's a ~1" blast spacer in the can.
I haven't fired it yet, after the clips, I'll be ceracoating the tube tomorrow so it may be tomorrow night.

I'll work on the stagger, maybe find a way to index them

ETA: Before anyone asks, the tube engraving is on the back side, Ya'll don't need my info

What kind of SBR is that. Looks like a cross between an AR and something else. What stock is that.

What is that in general. The firearm.

Made it to the range today, ran some rounds through it on, off, wet and dry.
I ended up clipping the blast and final baffle the other night after ceracoating the tube.
Wet (wire pulling gel) does make a noticeable difference.
No discernable POI shift between on and off.

I think I'm satisfied for now, I'm planning to shoot it in a 2-gun match on Saturday.

The clipping/coning and spacing all look good to me.
