Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - DSG uppers over gassed?

My Black Friday upper from DDG a few years ago (10.5" 5.56) runs great unsuppressed, but with a SpecWar K mounted I have run into all sorts of problems with bolt bounce and double feeds, even after going to an H2 buffer and dialing back the gas block. I can't get through 10 rounds without a hiccup.

Anyone else seeing something like that?

Yes. AGB and H2. DSG has been great helping me troubleshoot, even offering to send me a new gas block in case that's the issue. At this point I am considering demoting it to you/pistol status and picking up a BCM 11.5" upper for suppressed/serious use.
