This is actually my first form 1 lower from back in the day.  My 12.5 Mid gas Mini recce.  Still need to update the lower.  The seekens selector and bolt catch look dated to me. And may change it out to a full length RE and sopmod.

Because it’s a 10.3 build I don’t have the room for a front sight. I’m actually decently accurate with just a rear sight out to 100 or so yards, so I left the rear on there.

Getting tired of you showing off you're sweet badass SBRs' bruh! You breaking my balls there bruh! Lol all seriousness though, love you're collection and you should post a pic of all of it together.

Really, bro please do, one with that .300 Blackout and the 416 at very least and love you're ability to color coordinate, which I'm assuming you're wife, girlfriend or mother loves you're ability to do that, and I'm going to take a wild guess and assume you are in the interior decorating business lol.

Do tell the details to this please! Piston Driven Correct? Reason asking, I'm finishing up a 300 BLK in DI, but it crossed my mind to shovel out the little extra cash for a PWS or even possible get the SA Retro Piston Kit converter, but ended up going with a BCM, but with that in mind, I've been throwing around the idea of my next build being an HK 416 Clone 10.4 in 6.8 SPC, and while I think it is highly unlikely to be able to achieve, I'm looking into all possible routes to be able to build a decent clone, or clone like (depends on budget/expenses) but in 6.8 SPC. My Dream AR Type Rifle is the HK416 10.4 in 6.8 SPC (The shear typing of it is music to my ears, I so want this to happen if possible), and since I've got more comfortable in creating my own builds, I'm hoping I can put together an idea on how to do it!

Thanks for any information provided to help me in that endeavor!

My first SBR, built off an American Defense UIC upper/lower. Warcomp is on for not since a 10.3" and a Surefire brake is ridiculously concussive. 196 days and counting for both my 556 RC2 and Wolf 9SD for the APC9, which happens to be my second SBR. LMT compact stock in the group photo was swapped out for an LMT Crane SOPMOD, and the Tango Down stubby was replaced by a KAC VFG.

Did you have to modify the EoTech QD mount to get it to mate up to the top pic rail of your APC9?  If so, what the hell did you do?  My EoTech QD mount won’t mate up to my APC9 rail. B&T is aware of the issue and they blame the EoTech QD mount for being out of spec...

Yes. First I had trouble making the QD mount wide enough to fit over the rail. I ended up disassembling it, sliding the optic on, then reinstalling the QD portion. At that point the QD portion was contacting the top of the upper receiver, just below the rail. So I had to file an angle onto the bottom of the QD portion so that it works properly and doesn't jam on the upper receiver. Before filing I had to use a phenolic punch and hammer to push down the QD latch and release it. It fits nicely now and I've had no further issues. I also don't have to fully unscrew the QD and lake out the locking lug to remove the optic.

I'm not what specs B&T machines their pic rails to, but it sure seems wider than what I'm used to. Either way, the big problem is that the pic rail on the APC is not very tall, which is why the QD mount was contacting the top of the upper receiver. Normally on other firearms like an AR, you have all the room in the world under the top pic rail since the upper receiver is pretty thin. With the APC not so much. So you will have to file down the QD portion at an angle to get it to clear the upper receiver and work properly.
