Back? I must be too new to know why you left in the first place.
Either way, welcome back. |

Just because the 3 lug costs as much as a tax stamp for another can doesn't mean you shouldn't get one. Welcome back, AAC. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Welcome back, AAC. I have a $211 ISIS 9mm en route that I'll probably sell the 13LH LiD and get a 3 lug for that |

Welcome back, AAC. I used my "Damn the Man" rebate to get my Ti-rant adapter...which I actually had before I could find the can. |

Tell us about your Remington 597 AAC edition that sits in the rack @ work. Will it work w/ the new Ruger suppressor? Do you have a product that will work w/ your 597 & the new little threaded Ruger SR22?
|

Welcome back! My SPR/M4 and Element 2 are incredible! My Tirant and SDN-6 are pretty good too.
Please send me a Blast-out for evaluation purposes. |

How's the ranger 3 and blast shield coming? View Quote Ranger3 never got off the ground. The Blastout™ is coming. Really it is and yes we know... It will be here soon and ARFCOM will be first to know! Going forward when you hear about a new product from AAC it will be available and in stock. No more "Vaporware". |

Is AAC coming back to ARFCOM part of a larger change regarding the philosophy of the company? It seems like around the time of the Freedom Group transition, a few products were eliminated and not a lot of new stuff has come out since. |
|
Many changes have happened in the past couple years. Some good some bad, many growing pains.
Larger change - yes. Good - yes. New stuff -yes |

Welcome back, my SDN-6 has been trying to find a way to come back to you but she just won't break. I'm ready for something new from you guys, but my wife isn't!

Any chance of ever having an upgrade program for older 18T cans to the 51T mount? I hardly use mine anymore since when the springs wear out I have to send it back in. It's not your guys' fault I know but it is very annoying.
|

Bought first AAC can 3 weeks ago, is Damn The Man still going on?

Beans or No Beans in chill?...O' wait ...Welcome back and looking forward to hear about the "Blastout"
|
|
In for new silencer goodness.
ETA: Any plans to get active on Twitter again? I can't stand the book of faces. |

Welcome back. I think my 762-SDN-6 has a bad latch. How much of a PITA will it be to get it fixed?
|
|
This is good news. Been buying even while you were away! Welcome back.

It's not your guys' fault I know but it is very annoying. View Quote Funny you should ask this. I recently laid the coin down for an M16. I have an 18t 762SD and asked AAC if it was full auto rated. They replied that it was not. The next thing I read in the email was interesting to say the least. They informed me that if the can I had was not plug welded, they could upgrade the baffles to Inconel and change out the 18t mount to the 51t mount for $250. It would also be full auto rated. My can is on the way back to them now. This should be posted somewhere so all of those lonely 18t cans can come out and play. |
|
I have 5 AAC suppressors, and I'm happy with them, especially the tirant 9s.
I recently heard about the problems with the 762sd and the 51t qd mount wearing out the internal threads on the suppressor. What is your plan to rectify this when they do eventually wear out? Thanks |
|
Speaking of the Tirant 9....any chance you can bring it back into production? There's quite a bit of interest in it 'round here.

Last time I asked I was told no so if this is possible now I am quite exited. Mine is a 2008 model with the dual springs so do you know how to tell if it is plug welded? |

Plug welds look like dimples. If yours is from 2008 it's probably not plug welded. Plug welds essentially weld the tube to the core, and the core can't be pushed out without destroying the tube. An M4-2000 MOD 07 w/ plug welds- note the two dimples midway down the tube. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y95/jerrellwise/AACM4-2000mod7afteraction.jpg View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I didn't realize they did that but mine doesn't have the dimples so hopefully I am gtg then for an upgrade at some point |
