Having trouble reassembling a Remington 700.  Need to get the trigger assembly installed, but can't seem to figure out how it all fits together.  Any good links to instructions and  / or diagrams?

Couple of you tube videos out there. Might check on R-700 trigger replacement.

OK I got the trigger back in, all is perfect.

Now I need to figure out how the bottom metal goes in, particularly the internal (non detachable) magazine.

What is the proper term for an internal magazine like that anyway?

You have it right.  Internal magazine.

You should just fix the mag spring and follower to the bottom metal and snap it into position and put the screws in.  Don't tighten 'em like a freak, just get them to come to a soft stop.  Use hollow ground driver blades THAT FIT THE SLOTS.  That's how you keep from buggering them up.

Find a reference to make sure you have the mag spring in the correct orientation.
