I cut them out of blue painter's tape, and masking tape.

something that would be really cool, is if you could print out a pattern that looks like netting on your plotter. the stretched laundry bag over something that has as many contours as my AR didn't work so hot. If I had something adhesive to stick on there, it would've come out cleaner....although, I guess blurring everything is kinda the point.
