So when is this complete report coming? I am debating on one of these, too. :-)

Soon.
All I can say is it's going to be a big post, and I've been quite busy... and yes, I selfishly took some time that I could have been using to write a review for ARFCOM re-painting my MK 12 MOD 0 clone last night.
Because NV gear is so expensive, and I'm so tight-assed when it comes to buying stuff, I'd like to do a decent review that covers a lot of information, and I've gotten a pretty good amount of use out of these over the last month or so, so I don't want to just post a "hey, lookit what I got, these are cool and good" "review," I'd like to do a good job of covering them so that other tight-asses can use the information to make their own better informed decisions.
One issue is that even over the course of a month - you can accumulate a lot of minor issues and things that could be better or simply improved to the point where, when you write them all up, it looks like you've got nothing but a laundry list of complaints - but that doesn't accurately convey your overall impressions/feelings.
But - to keep the wolves at bay (
) - the TL;DR version:
Love 'em, extremely glad I got 'em, IMHO, worth the cost, particularly considering that you not only get a set of great binoculars, but you also get two monocular adapters and the capability to run them both independently.
A couple of minor compatibility issues - kind of inevitable given the number of mounts and accessories available, it's pretty difficult to try every single combination ahead of time -
The binocular bridge works with the Norotos TATM Short-Arm and locks in solidly, and works very well - however, once installed - the power knob housing almost completely restricts easy access to the release knob on the TATM, making it difficult to remove the NOD from the mount - personally, I *have* to remove the mount from the helmet to remove the NOD.
The monocular adapter with the Norotos DDA will not allow you to mount the monocular over your
left eye when using a Wilcox mount, which, unfortunately for me is my non-dominant and preferred eye, and has me looking to trade my DDA, which I otherwise love - for a Wilcox I-Arm, because I love my Wilcox L4 G24 even more.
Mounts over the right eye no problem in this configuration, though.
Posted these already in the helmet thread, but -
They're a way better solution, IMHO, than bridged monoculars, as their lighter weight, lower profile, and still maintain full functionality of both - the only thing it doesn't have that a dual PVS-14 setup would is manual gain, and there are MX-11769 tube optical pods in the works already, that should make converting PVS-14s too easy.
