Yep. That's it. Some copy and paste, some retype and some just add whatever items they want.

The Submitted date in EForms is the Pending date...but may not be the actual date you hit submit. I have an example of that at the bottom of the Visual Guide. I submitted one day, it went into Pending Research because the model number wasn't in the dropdown (but I attached a pic as documentation), and then it automatically went to Submitted/In Process a day or two later, and that became the Submitted/Pending date.

Anyone who paper filed form4's on trust from last December here anything yet? I did mine back on 12/6. My dealer said it should be any day now-that was like almost 2 weeks ago. I have not bothered to call yet, just thought I would check here first to see if anyone had any info. Also waiting on a efiled form1 sbr I did in March 24th. Just checked and still says in progress/pending. Sigh...
