What's the deal with these? Are they legit .mil issue or just some eBay crap? Seem to be decently priced that's why I'm curious.

I haven't seen them,  but I wouldn't be surprised if they were legit. IIRC New Balance makes Marine Corps pt gear.

They are legit they had a contract for multicam, AOR1 & AOR2

They are also contracted for ECWCS / PCU gear.
