Just received a this 1911! This was a special edition NRA 1911 in 2008. Only 1100is made. It has never been fired, or the slide even racked.
Is it too nice to shoot or should I just enjoy the hell out of it?? |

I would pack the grips away and shoot it. Can always be refinished

I would probably stick it in a display box, that's what I plan to do with my special edition Kimber.

Looks like a basic $700 Kimber "Custom" with a paint job and tacky grips. Put the grips away for the next guy, and shoot it.
