Silencerco thread adapter, and it has a cheap Lone Wolf thread protector. I now have a Tactical Solutions thread protector on it that is the nicest thread protector I have come across.

No problem as long as I use the ammo in the pic.

Thanks, a local shop made them for me, just got them today. He's done a few custom jobs for some friends and local law enforcement and was recommended to me. I gave him my M&P 22 overnight and this is what he came up with. I'm planning on using it quite a bit this year to save on ammo costs in local monthly events. Build quality and fit is excellent, it's a kydex/leather combo. I'm very happy with how it all turned out.

Edited to add his web address:
CSholsters.com

I had him make one for my Glock Gen4 G21/X300 combo as well, also excellent.

where did you get these? shaved off some internals of the mag?

Looks like a custom follower. No knob on the side and the follower is "solid" doesn't have any material removed from the sides like the 5 mags I have.

I bought the followers a few years ago, (no longer available)
shortining (cuting) any follower will allowed more rounds in the mag

Here is mine with a Huntertown Kestrel .22.  Got to shoot it with the suppressor on Wednesday for the first time.  Nice and quiet.  My dealer likes the combo so much he ordered one just like mine.

I use the optic for steel challenge and remove it for non-sanctioned IDPA. There is no shift in POA at all, upon re-installation.

Nope, it even works with most sub-sonic ammo (1000 fps)...

Thanks for the info. I will have to get those. His website doesn't seem to be working. Any other avenues to get it?

About 9 yards controlled double tapping.I had 1 miss at the crotch went low. The group on the little man was shot at about 18 yards very slow shooting. This is the last of 350 rounds that have gone through the gun with no failures except for one almost ftf the round only went half way in but before pulling the trigger I noticed it and smacked the slide forward. So I dont count it lol
