Any idea on the date of manufacture?
My 1981 vintage stuff is virtually impossible to pull the bullets. 30 plus years has made the asphalt sealant very, very hard.
ETA: I see that it is listed as 80's manufacture.

Analyzing weights and measurements of the projectile, powder,etc.

Try seating the bullets slightly more ... breaks the seal .... then pull them.
