I guess these just came out this week. KAK is going to be doing a "value" line, it's basically their over-run barrels.

I grabbed an 8" 5.56 barrel for only $101 shipped. Kinda psyched since most 8 inch barrels run a bit more. Also they are melonited.

I kind of want to grab a 300 black out barrel next week for another upper. Even if the caliber is a little too expensive for the likes of me.

Between Anderson sport uppers, Matrix Arms rails, and a KAK barrel. Putting together different uppers is pretty affordable.

I have one of the 8.5" 300blk barrels but haven't shot it yet.

Edit: Never mind...now I have a chance to see the link, it's a different type of barrel then what i picked up.

My 8.5" KAK barrel is good to go. Even accuracy at a reasonable distance with the right ammo. What is your intended purpose for the rifle?

I bought one and it had a major headspace problem. I returned it and instead of shipping me another one, they provided a partial refund. At the end of the day, I had to pay for their mistake.

Just building this as a range toy/possible truck gun.

Ill probably build an 11 inch upper for serious use. I need to keep it as a pistol since its covered under illinois handgun pre-emption and ccl.

Received my barrel. No complaints about it, I still need to shoot it however.
