yep––the grip is phenomanal!

another pic of it. Its a tad thinner in feel around the thumb rest area––deffinately more purchase on the grip!

Thought that was olive drab? How did the recievers assemble for ya? Or did you buy it as a complete rifle?

Noveske SPR - 18" barrel w/VIS receiver
Custom "Parkerized" Gray KG Gunkote (done by Noveske).
AAC Brakeout Comp/Hider
VLTOR Buffer Tube & IMOD stock
Noveske marked AD Recon mount
Bushnell Elite Tactical FFP w/Illuminated Reticle - 6-24x50
Geissele SD-E trigger (best trigger I've ever felt, by far)
GG&G Bipod

BTW - No BUIS on this upper since it's just a glorified target/plinker/varmint rig. I have a matching 14.5" VIS w/Switchblock Noveske upper (and plenty of other guns) for SHTF/HD use.

The other rifles in this thread put this one to shame.  But regardless, the bears approve:

Can't wait to try out the Lucid

BCM upper with modded VLTOR gas block/front sight, Troy rear, and permed MB
Roggio lower (yes it's one of the good ones)
Magpul furniture modded to take QD swivels (unfortunately stock had to be pinned and mag perm. blocked to 15)

Would anyone know what shade of grey cerakote goes best with foliage green? I've decided that my current build is going to have a grey reciever with foliage green furniture.

Almost done with a foliage build (CTR, and muzzle brake coming tomorrow). Decided to mix up some Testors enamel to see if I could match the foliage and gave it a shot. Sorry for the crappy cell pic (hopefully the colors show true).  I'll take better pics soon of the entire riffle.

Here's a teaser for now...

Pretty much done, with the exception of possibly upgrading from the PA micro to an Aimpoint if I like it.

Hey hey hafa adai!
It's a Spikes 9mm upper with a 10" DD Lite rail and RRA ramped bolt. The lower is from DDLES with a Metalform mag.

Just completed my first build (bottom rifle) from a stripped RRA lower:
–– RRA upper with chrome bolt/carrier and with gas block
–– M.O.E. furniture in Foliage Green with ACS-L buttstock
–– Yankee Hill EZ-Pull takedown/pivot pins
–– Vltor end plate
–– Geissele SSA trigger
–– Miscellaneous small parts from DPMS
–– GG&G folding sights that should have arrived by now, but haven't. As soon as I get them I can shoot it.

Will probably add an optic later. Thinking about a 1-4x scope and ADM scope mounts.

Bought the midlength above it while waiting months and months for backorders to fill in so that my Foliage Green rifle could get finished.
It's an off-the-rack RRA midlength with free floating barrel and RRA 2-stage trigger.
Haven't done anything to it except put on some Magpul rail covers and a B.A.D. lever.
It is a damned accurate rifle and functions perfect.

I'm thinking of making the two middies into Christmas presents for my two boys (age 20 and 24).

My old sweetheart is at the top, a DPMS A2 that I use it for NRA Service Rifle matches.
