Now available, and starting at $100!
http://algdefense.com/rails.html?rail_type=57 Quantities are limited and we will be continuing to add stock. |

Just saw this. I didn't think it could be done... a premium rail, the first with M-LOK available... at $100! This is a game changa!
Ugh, I bought one. I don't even have a spare rifle that needs one, but I know I will in the future and this is a great price.
This is exactly what I have been looking for for my new 6.8. Now just to get that 12" back in stock!

I appreciate the ALG side of the company and understand what it is, but it's taking away precious resources from the Geissele branded goods. The Mrs. should start getting her own machines. Its keeping me away from my MK 8!

Yeah, where did they go? I had finally bit the bullet so to speak and went to order today and they don't show up on the rails page. Old links seem to be dead also. Awwwwwww mannnnnnnn.
I asked on their Facebook site and sent a message on the website. I was just getting ready to mount mine today or tomorrow. I think I'll wait to see what is up.
ETA:I received an email answer from ALG to my Web-form 'Support Request Form' , "We have to change the name to something other than M-LOK at Magpul's request because the Magpul accessories are intended for a flat surface and the EMR is round. They should be back up in a few days with a new name." This was signed by Amy Geissele |
So, it sounds like the coming Magpul M-Lok products may or may not work on these?

Something like not all m-lok accessories may fit without modification (something like that anyway, nowhere near a quote). Makes you wonder. So I guess that raises some concerns, would be interested in knowing just how well any of the magpul stuff will actually work on it. |
ALG's accessories had a curve to the surface that contacted with the actual rail. I bet this was the issue, as all fo the magpul mlok attachments have a flat back surface.
If that's the case I'll have to go in another direction, I've been eyeing one of these waiting on Magpul to start releasing their accessories.
I wouldn't mind paying a few extra $$ for a rail with some extra machining with flats. |

Just dove into a pistol build, patiently waiting for the update.
Ordered a QMS trigger LPK from PSA. |
So....those of us who bought it already and need accessory rails now, are we SOL?

We just had to change the name per Magpuls request, since the MLOK mounting system requires a flat surface. So everything is back up under the name TNUT. All accessory rails are still available and will continue to be. |
Will an M-lok version of the rail be released or just what's now called the T-Nut?
I feel a bit burned that I bought a rail thinking I was getting an mlok rail and now I'll have to buy accessory rails to attach anything rather than mlok direct attachment.

It wouldn't bother me to make an adjustment so an M-LOK accessory would work. But then again, I'm not all worked up about all of this.

There is not much available in the ways of M-LOK accessories just yet, we tested the mounting using our Geissele accessory rails, where were made according to the M-LOK drawing/spec. They mounted up just fine, Magpul just wanted themselves covered so they requested the name change. I would expect other accessories to mount up without issue (which i cant confirm just yet until they are more readily available), aesthetically you will end up with a slight gap between the outer edges of the accessory's flat surface, and the EMR's curved profile as it curves away from the accessory. With the Geissele accessory rail, this gap measured out to be right around .02". However, it locked up no problem and was very solid.

Any idea when the 12" Black T-Nut EMR will be available?
Thanks! |

Waiting for grey 13" T-NUT. Knew I should have bought last week.

Here's a question. Will you be offering a full length bolt-on pic-rail for the top of the tube (that continues the receiver "line/height").
If so, when? |

View Quote No plans for a full length top rail section. That being said, Bill is aware that folks are requesting a 6" top rail section to mount a light (e.g., SureFire x300 Ultra) with a BUIS. Not sure where that is at the moment though.

Are there plans to offer the M-LOK EMR in shorter lengths?
I could go for a 7", 8" and probably a 9" version too. |
