Hey Josh, here is the subtension diagram in MOA. In practical use the hash marks with the blue numbers on the left are what you would use for standard supersonic 7.62x39 or 300BLK. The dot subtensions in grey on the right are for subsonic 220gr 300BLK loadings. If someone wanted to load up subs in 7.62x39 with the same bullet weight and velocity as the 300BLK loading, they would work for that too of course.
Here is the ballistic chart for 7.62x39 accounting for various barrel lengths and velocities. Whether to use a 50 yard or 100 yard zero in your standard 16" AKM or AR carbine depends on the velocity you are getting out of the ammo you shoot, some loads are "hotter" than others.
