Might be down for a few minutes today as we are bringing up totally new web site. For security reasons please re-enter your new password and then all your existing account info inducing order history will be there.
|
|
are you able to accept 2+ payment sources now? I used to place orders with a gift card + remaining balance on debit but the last "upgrade" ended that.
|
|
Looks Good! I like it, and it is more user friendly than the other one.

I humbly suggest we have a massive sale to celebrate this special event.

Only went through it for a few minutes but already like it way better than the last one.
ditto on the celebration sale |

Reminded me of the last time. Know it will get sorted. Please keep the "view all" option. Probably favorite thing fixed w/ last website redo. If you guys do run a launch extravaganza/Halloween Sale/TX sales tax holliday super sale, how about some 13" rails that dont break the bank? |
|
I like it! Especially when surfing the site with "Show out of stock" unchecked.
|
|
Had to do the password reset twice, but it did work. I also got two password reset emails.
Love the sort by availability... I had asked myself many times why you didn't have that. I did notice that when doing sort by availability there were all of the in-stock items.. then one out-of-stock.. and then another in-stock after it. |

An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.543985d1.1477015344.283c07f that S is screwing me up..... https://www.primaryarms.com/ OK, id you just type in primaryarms.com ....your default page is HTTPS.. remove the secure S, it works.... ETA: new site is purdy |

I like the new modern font you've chosen for the company name. The "western" font (which is still what is used on your logo) was cute, but a little dated. But perhaps nostalgic? Functionality wise, I wish it would remember my settings for number of items to show per page and also my preferred sort. Also, somehow, it created two wish lists with the same name. And I can't find any way to delete unwanted wish lists. |
|
Trying to checkout using Chrome, only gives me one shipping choice, pickup at your office
Double checking to see if it's me. Nope, same problem on Explorer.............. ETA- I'm an idiot. Left the first number off of my zip code........Marsh was very nice about it. Sorry to have troubled you (box arrived today!) |
|
Um, Marsh, where is Sort By: A-Z, Z-A?
That is stupid basic, and not there. I can sort by Relevance (whatever that means, since there is no apparent relevance in that sorting) or price (up or down). Why not Alpha? I hate having to scroll through a category and try to find parts from the same manufacturer scattered throughout a category, probably over multiple pages. And as mentioned, please save our items per page preference per user account. While I'm asking, how about starting the new site sale with loads of inexpensive BCGs with C158 bolts, limit 5? Right? |
|
And this has nothing to do with the new site itself, but maybe consider doing some editing of the obvious bullshit .... umm ... Hyperbole by some of the manufacturers.
The Guntec "Mil-Spec" BCG has a 9310 bolt, that is not HPT'ed, and nitride finished. Three non-Mil-Spec specs. It doesn't make me think Guntec knows what they are doing, and I know that PA knows better. |

Logging in seems to be a chore.
1. Click login at top of page (which opens a new page-- any chance of just getting a popup?) 2. Enter email and password. 3. Click 'Submit'. Nothing happens. No page reload; nothing. 4. Navigate to PA homepage. 5. Click 'Login' again. 6. Checkout page loads? Even with nothing in cart. 7. Navigate to PA homepage again. 8. I am now logged in. This is with the newest Google Chrome. |

Used the new site a few hours ago to order some new toy enhancements Worked perfect using Chrome. Gave me a multitude of shipping choices which I like

A quirk I noticed... when looking at items, there is an option to "Show Out of Stock" with a check box. The box is checked by default, but if you uncheck it to hide out of stock items, the website hides all out of stock items, but still counts them in the items on the page.
The result of this is that if on page 1 of the results, there are 12 items and 11 of them are out of stock, when you uncheck the box, there will be only one item on the page, but multiple pages. I found this by going to "upper receivers" in the drop down menu, and then sorting by "Price, low to high". This shows only one receiver, but there are are 166 products (including hidden items) over 14 pages of results. Page 2 shows 5 items. It is clear that the "hidden out of stock" items are still on the page, but invisible, instead of being removed from the results so that there are the normal 12 items per page. |

No way to close popup. 4. Click browser back button to get out of frozen screen, and that page (item list page) is now frozen. Step 4 may be a Chrome thing, but step 3 is definitely a site thing. |

On the listing for Sig Romeo 7, the title says 3mia and the description & specifications say 2 moa.

About to order under the new website but is there a discount code to celebrate the launch of the new website?
|
|
The new website seems to be locking my PC up. It says its not responding due to long scripts whenever I click on a product.
I need the email to contact someone about warranty/defective scope. Thanks. |

I am not having any luck with the new site with my iPad; all it does is crash and continuously reload.
|
|
The new one is muuuuuch slower. I've seen a few iterations of your site over the years and the last one was by far the best. The new layout and how it progresses just don't jive well. Especially checkout...it's confusing.

Is there anything I need to do on my end (Its def. my end) My phone loads your website just fine, but when I try to load your website in Chrome (was fine before) im getting certificate errors (saying its invalid). The exact error is
" An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.5f29d242.1477610552.4eea5ee " Anyway to fix this problem? I havent been able to access your site since the relaunch edit: other browsers (IE, FF) work fine. Must be something with Chrome |

Can't filter the sale by category. eg I want to see all the gas blocks or muzzle devices on sale:
1. Go to the sale page by clicking on "SALE" in the nav bar: http://www.primaryarms.com/AdName+Halloween-Part-1,Halloween-Part-2 2. Click on Category>Muzzle Devices Check box will not "check"; clicking on the category name also does nothing. This is with the latest Chrome. |

While in the checkout process (not on other pages I've seen) at the bottom left of the window in the grey footer it reads "©?2008-2015 Company Name". Is this a bit of boilerplate by your cart provider that should have ben changed to say "Primary Arms"?

Still a fail. Complained about this with last site.
When I do a search and items come up and I see what I want let me add it to cart right then and there. Why do I have to click the more details button to go to the product page to add it to my cart? Annoying. I know, first world problems. Other than that it's way better than the abortion of the old site. |
|
Many issues with new site.
1. Old order history gone 2. Problems logging in - even with new PW 3. Only delivery option at checkout is "In Store Pickup". Won't give me another option. |
|
New site looks great but the pop up to sign up for email specials (I already am) every singe time you click anything is maddening to the point that it cost you some of my money. The new site also logged me out and emptied my cart 3 times while I was attempting to browse.
Yes, this is in Chrome. I slogged through it only because I am confident that I am still going to get the best prices and service along with the quickest shipping from you all. I hope you have the new site up to par soon! |
|
I've got a cart ready to check out. I get through checkout far enough to have my shipping address, shipping option (USPS is missing), cc info, and billing address, then down to the Continue button after "You will have an opportunity to review your order on the next step."
I click Continue. And nothing happens (not even when you click five or ten times, on the second OS using the third browser). MacOS / Firefox iOS 9 / Safari iOS9 / Chrome You always have good prices. Sales prices are quite often great prices. But if I can't give you money, your website is broken. And sucks. Like now. |
|
I want to like the new site...but it issss sooooo sllllooooowwww
