Just place an order for the item's you wish, instead of changing your mind afterwards. If PSA had to do back flips for every customer that wanted to change an order, then they would have to hire extra employees and transfer the cost to their product as overhead.

I did place the order for the second upper. I'm trying to cancel the first one now so they don't ship both. It's incredibly ridiculous that you can check order status online, you have an account that tracks all your orders, but you can't cancel one without jumping through hoops during limited hours.
It would actually be cheaper and more efficient for them if you could click a button rather than them having to hire an employee to take the call, enter a cancel order, and hope it gets to shipping in time to prevent it going out. It would also put the item back into inventory for another customer.
Now the item will have to be returned, inspected, restocked...
Don't you think a cancel button would be a little easier on everybody? Automation is how you keep costs down and profits up.
