Whoa, I never said I don't appreciate business, whether it's a $20 order or a $20,000 order. The policy I quoted above came right off of our FAQs which Bryan approved. Bryan's VP and even he doesn't give out tracking numbers for the reason mentioned above (liability/security) so if my boss doesn't, I won't either, no matter what the dollar amount of the order is. What we are happy to do is to give you the order's ETA which I confirmed will be today. If there's other info you need that doesn't get me in trouble, I've got no problem giving it to you.
If Bryan wants to give you the tracking number, that's his right to pull rank and give it to you, but that's on him.
