I went to order a Centurion rail, ambi safety and a few other things and I cant even get more than one item in my cart at checkout.
Between that and all the drop down tabs not displaying what they are supposed to, Im getting a little aggravated. I know there are growing pains associated with a lot of new things, but the site shouldnt have been launched with all these issues. Just my honest opinion. |

liking the website. Just wish there was a way to separate by manufacturer. Looking over forearm systems right now, and id love to have it setup like your old sight, click on the maker and thats it.

You guys should really allocate more resources to answering phones/emails, especially when your website is down/sluggish. I bought a Noveske and LMT rifle from you guys a few years ago and your CS was second to none.
The order I placed last week has been an abysmal CS experience. Slow, buggy website that poorly reflects order process/status, zero response to my email and nobody is answering the phones. |

The new website has been extremely slow loading for me. Hopefully that changes soon but for now I really miss the old website. Placing an order was no fun.

What was the motive or reasoning to switch to a new website? I'm curious because bugs aside, the old website was much easier to navigate but more importantly it was unique. The new website is just like every other firearm dealer website; no individuality to it. Again, I'm not trying to be disrespectful or pugnacious. |

I think the reason they switched or updated or whatever has a lot to do with the fact that the majority of their business is via their website and the internet. I for one think their new website is much nicer. The first thing I noticed was the abundance of white space. It makes whatever you're looking at really pop. Also their real time inventory is a nice touch, and will be even more neat when they get the website running.

Gray lettering on a white background? This is very bad. 2. Manufacturers are not listed alphabetically. Let's say you click on Complete AR Rifles. The page comes up, with the rifles from different manufacturers pop up randomly un-alphabetized. Then, you look over the left for the list of manufacturers, and they are not alphabetized, either. Very annoying. 3. It's just disorganized. 4. And, yes, prices went up. What's up with that? The old website is much better. Change for the sake of change is not always necessarily good. It has to be done right. |

Plus, please add my mil discount back so I can place my order! Also it seems a lot of the menus are dropping down funky and dissapearing when you mouse over them? Tried it in 3 browsers. Annnd finally, it still gets extremely laggy at times. |

Was able to get my order completed (7 items I think) and all in about 10 minutes.. looks like they are getting things back up and running. Now getting said order shipped... ordered on the 12th at 1pm. Hoped it would go out today for a Monday delivery

But I'll continue to shop with them because they are good people. It seems like they lost a good bit of their product though, where did all the stripped uppers go? That's really the only thing I've noticed missing but I haven't navigated through the jungle of the new site much. |

I did them three times with the last site because it didn't take the first two. Not sure how you lost all account permissions. Transferring the tables over shouldn't be too difficult. Agreed. This new website is the pits. Tried to login to my account and it's not taking my e-mail address or password. Just keeps kicking me back to the login screen. This is all after I reset my password (LEO account) several days ago.
