Which service would I select to have a Lilja Sako Quad barrel threaded? Would it be the $65 servcie because it's just the barrel not attached to the receiver, or the $140 service cause it's not an AR15 barrel. The $15 for the Thread protector is a given.

If it just a straight barrel, $65 will cover it. If that the case, then what is the best way to get in touch with you guys. Something didn't get charged right on order # 67583125 Cameron I've been trying to get a hold of you as well! I wish you would have posted this here BEFORE you filed the dispute with your credit card company. You should have been charged $80 + return shipping. I accidentally charged you $180 + return shipping. It will take me 1 minute to credit your card back, but I cant do that until you stop the charge back process with your credit card company. |

I'll certainly call them, although from my last statement it looked as though the case was closed and they charged me the $100 back. As for trying to get in touch before involving them to begin with I: -emailed you twice -tried to call on numerous occasions, but got an answering machine that made it clear that messages would not be returned -PM'd GreenM4guy on here with no response This took place over a 2 week period. Rather than start a thread like this in a public forum for what I thought was most likely a clerical error, I started a case with the CC company to get a response back from you guys. My bad... Heck, I tried to PM you on here before my 2nd post on this thread, and your account is not accepting PM's |

Heck, I tried to PM you on here before my 2nd post on this thread, and your account is not accepting PM's This happened 2 months ago. I got the charge back notice 4 weeks ago and emailed you. I guess my emails aren't making it to you, and I never saw your email. You posted the question here and got a response the same day. You disputed the charge and your card company took back from me, $107.05 and charged me $45 for a charge back fee. Charge backs also screw over the retailer when the rates are determined. As you said, it was an obvious clerical error. Using the charge back process through your CC company as the first step, is not the proper way to get a hold of someone "to get a response". At that point it's pretty much too late, the appeals process I have to go through with the CC company is a PITA, and no matter what the CC company fights hard to not reverse the charge back. |

I will call them on Monday, to work this out. While your right. A tactful post from me on this forum would have been an option, Involving the CC company wasn't my first (2nd or 3rd for that matter) choice. I got an email from you guys last night so the *.adco.com accounts seem to be making it to me. lets see it my reply makes it back. |

Called CC company this morning and canceled the dispute, and accepted the original charge.

Case was closed on Aug 11th, and the 5th 3rd Bank was instructed to release said funds from account 79J. This is the kind of silence that started this to begin with...

You did not speak to City Bank, because they wouldn't talk to you with out me on the line, so I'm not sure what CC company you talked to? Fifth Third is the bank in question, your bank correct? You need to contact them to get the funds released from the account I mentioned earlier. I just got off the phone with City and the account rep I talked to said the funds are there for you to claim. She even offered to do a conference call if needed to get things cleared up. |

The do not tell the retailer who the person is, or what banks are involved. My Bank is PNC, not 5/3rd. If you can do a conference call, let me know when and I'll make sure the line is available. |

So if I'm digesting this correctly, 5th/3rd is the third party and your bank would need to contact them. Let me know what time works for you and we will call City Bank.

View Quote I have no idea where 5/3rd comes in. The only info I'm given as the retailer given is the dollar amount and the date it was charged. The 3rd party is the charge back dept. of my CC processing company. They don't tell me anything about what banks have what. Once the money is deducted from my account, they wont do anything for me. They wouldn't even tell me your name, I had to look it up based on the amount charged in my past receipts. There is someone here to answer the phone the rest of the day, so any time is fine.419-882-8079 |

So, I have to ask. Did you get the monies refunded to your acount?
