My second 6.5 Grendel, and my favorite.
- Alexander Arms complete lower with a Wilson Combat TTU two stage trigger

- Alexander Arms stainless 18" lightweight upper

- Steiner Military 3-12x50 in an ADM Recon 20 MOA mount
It started out as a lightweight build, but adding 2.5 lbs. of scope and mount, a Harris 6-9" bipod, and an empty mag brings the total weight to 10 lbs. 2 oz.  Still very manageable for field carry, but no longer lightweight.

My 20" .223 Wylde chambered AR, which now features a Magpul PRS rather than the MOE rifle stock shown in the photo.

Currently working to upgrade my sight situation, but I've no complaints about the PA 4-14x FFP Mil/Mil. Been a great starter scope for my ignorant, newb self.

I called this a 7/8" 5 shot group.

WOA 1:8" twist 20" flutted DMR bead blasted BBL
YHM Free float tube
Vortex Viper PST 4-16X 50mm scope.
Rock River 2.5" two stage trigger

I would like to bring the height of the scope down closer to the bore for a better cheek weld. I would like to still have room for my flip up scope mounts. I would appreciate some guidance. I am looking at these two options:
http://www.laruetactical.com/larue-tactical-spr-s-mount-lt-158

The rifle closest is mine.  It's a JP LRP-07.  I have a .308 and 6.5cm upper for it and fire both calibers suppressed.
This is a pic from a 3 day long range course I recently took.  I took the JP out to 1260 yards on day one with easy repeatability.
Day two I made it out to 1760 yards!!!  My spotter and shooting buddy and I both took 6 rounds to find our proper come-ups, but we shot 1 mile!

My new upper is finally complete. Unfortunately, it has to share the lower with my M&P15T upper, but hopefully that will change in the future. First trip to the range for ammo testing was promising. 200 yard group with Hornady Match was .8", so I'm pretty sure it will shoot better than me.

Noveske stipped upper
Rainier Arms Nickel Boron BCG
D-Tech 20" 223 barrel, gas block, and float tube

Just the standard 16 inch CL. Good for about inch. Have no problem on man sized steel to 800.  Have a Krieger  260 barrel I Need to have converted.  That should be a fun barrel.

who are you going to have convert it?

That more or less mirrors my experience with LMTs, once in a while it do some stupid awesome groups but averages around MOA plus or minus depending on how much I am or am NOT on the ball.

Marvin pitts.  It not as accurate as my my old krieger barreled ar10,  or my noveske barreled mega that I used to have,  but it's right there with the m110's  that I have shot in the past.  AR's are the sum of their parts. A good trigger and cut rifled barrel with custom chamber will pretty much out shoot any factory job.

I had to wait a while while S&B send me CW scope knobs instead of the CCW knobs.

S&B 5-20 Ultra Short with H2CMR Reticle.  It is what the 3-20 was supposed to be...

I threw it on my 20 inch Larue OBR 223 a few days ago.  I am planning on using it at the Competition Dynamics Team Challenge next month in Wyoming.  My go to optic on this rifle was a S&B 4-16x42.  Time will tell if this scope stays here.
