I heard on the radio this morning (Neal Boortz) that the Grundy, VA gunman was actually stopped by a student who went to his car, retrieved a gun, and ordered him to drop his weapon or else.  After dropping his weapon, the gunman was tackled by other students.  As we all know, the Rather/Jennings/Brokaw bunch would never report that (student use of handgun in self-defense),as it is not PC.

Does anyone know what really happened in this incident?    If true, we need to elevate this in the media.

Yeah, it could turn the anti's argument on it's ear... I'll try to check it out also - this should be one to nail down the facts on.

Scroll down to the heading, "Student Intervention."

The very BEST part of this is that it came out on the TODAY SHOW! I bet Katie Couric had to leave to go throw up or something. [:D][<]:)]

Ms. Kuric pointed out this guy was former LEO in NC.  Don't matter - Good job there Dude!  (And a good looking old cuss at that!)
