People sell hi-cap mags all the time on ebay, and as long as you don't act like a [b]complete moron[/b] you can get away with it.  Take a look at this:

Now, did Norinco ever make a 10 round drum?  No, of course not.  But the buyer knows it holds 75 rounds, and the seller - instead of acting like a [b]complete moron[/b] - merely lied in the ad. Somehow I think that buyer is not going to complain.

The last batch of Thermolds I bought off ebay were listed as holding "10 rounds or 3 stripper clips."  And when they showed up and I found that they actually held 30 rounds, I didn't complain either.



We all heard about it a couple of years ago.  Please do us all a favor and shut the fuck up until you get a clue.

While ebay may think that they are doing their part to curb any illegal firearm sales, I have bought alot of stuff there, and as long as you watch the wording and the pics of the items, you usually do all right.  I have bought quite a few pre-ban accessories and such from ebay and have been for the most part more than happy with what I have received.  It is like these guys mentioned earlier.  DON'T BE A MORON!!  PAY ATTENTION!!
