I was talking to a buddy about old TV shows the other day, and mentioned to him that I had recently been watching Gunsmoke and Bonanza on the TV Land channel. He just had to go and ruin Bonanza for me. I can't even watch it any more without this thought in the back of my mind.

Anyone else ever hear a rumor about Ben Cartwright being a homo in real life?

Fact: Years ago Michael Landon was doing a an interview on a comedy channel. The host mentioned that people wondered if they were gay - a ranch full of "Just men" living alone with no women. Landon looked in the camera and said:

"No - none of us were gay. Thank god Hop Sing was though !"
