I'm not much of a liquor drinker, but a friend bought me a huge bottle of Evan Williams (black label? whatever, looked like a quantity over quality type selection) that I've been slowly working on. A splash or five on the rocks does the trick just fine for me. Bulleit for special occasions.

I prefer rye. Right now I'm drinking one from Traverse City Whiskey. Really good.
For Bourbon, Buffalo Trace or Elijah Craig. Evan Williams really isn't bad for bottom shelf though. |

The folks at the store looked through their little book and said they couldn't order it, then suggested I have a friend smuggle it through the mail.
