I'm sorry, nothing personal, but I can't stand this guy's videos.

I thought CZ said no to the carbine?? I guess it's more successful that they aneticipatied. Mine is already an SBR though. |

I had 16" 9mm AR at one point. It just seemed dumb to have a gun that big to only be shooting 9mm.
However, now that it's SBRed and suppressed, it's a ton of fun. |
|
Do want.
$999 MSRP with reliable inexpensive mags, have a feeling these are going to be popular. |
|
|
One the faux suppressor model, is it permanently attached or just a threaded on barrel shroud?
|
|
Do we have a link to this gun? Google shows nothing. I want one bad.
|
|
Damn. This changed things. I really wanted to pick up the pistol and sbr it but I want the legit stock.
Wait for the rifle and sbr? I already have an octane 9. I could get the rifle version then have the barrel cord and a 3 lug mount put on for qd. |
|
Oh I am definetly going to be picking up one of the pistols. But this carbine looks nifty. It doesn't look nearly as sloppy as so many of these conversions you see on the market.

I do agree that the gun "reviews" aren't really my style since I'm more interested in technical info rather than hearing how much it makes your balls tingle. His pro-2A NRA videos are awesome, though. He's a definite asset to the gun community. |

I need to buy a CZ, only problem is do I get one of their 22s or one of the 9mm pistols, so many choices
|
|
Cool, but i still want the pistol, then SBR it.
Dont be a hater, he is a cool dude. |

Thank you. Google didn't come up with the vid link, though I used the same search terms. Weird. Much appreciated. |

I just saw the video Colion posted. I didn't know CZ was doing a carbine. I'm down for one, I think. I like having a stock more than having to wait for SBR to put a stock on one. I have a can, but can wait to use it.
Cheap mags, good reliability... I want a 9mm carbine so I can just get masses of 9mm ammo and use that almost exclusively. Why not? |
|
WANT
Holy shit, they will OWN the pistol caliber carbine market with that sucker. |
|
I already have the pistol SBRd so I can't see buying the carbine, but I imagine that it'd be an excellent gun to teach a novice shooter with.
I bet it has very little recoil |

That dude sucks. I watched the whole video just because you two said he sucks. Never watched him before. Straightforward and no frills. Didn't have a lot of tech info which I would have liked but way better than someone like Nut'n. If Colion is on arf here's a suggestion for future reviews. Do some accuracy and chrono testing with different loads so a person can see what to expect. When testing a PCC compare it to some handguns in the same caliber for short range drills, mid and long accuracy (50 and 100 yard) and chrono loads through both. |

Dat handguard on a suppressed SBR'd scorpion.

Quoted: Now, I'm going to go in the other direction: How long until they come out with the 5.56mm version? I don't care for the Bren, but a 5.56mm version of that would be right up my alley. There is an airsoft rifle someone put out a few years ago that was a Skorpion taken to .5.56mm dimensions. With the graphics settings on this machine (which I am not allowed to change), everything looks short and fat, so it almost looked like a 5.56mm weapon in the first place. Found it: GHK G5. No, I don't play airsoft, and I've never handled one, but it had a good rep, by my limited understanding: http://www.socomtactical.net/images/ghk-g5-gbb-assault-riffle.jpg View Quote The Scorpion is blow back operated. There's nothing there on which to base a 5.56. |

Nice.
So is the pistol or the rifle going to be easier to SBR? Are the barrels easy to remove? I think I'm going to want the extended handguard. |

I guess it's a good option for those who can't get an SBR in their area, but I'd personally prefer the pistol sized gun.
Interesting that CZ is on the M Lok bandwagon though. |
