Yes, let me riot in the streets, break private property, steal private property, and I will do this all for a guy who I did not know, a guy who had twenty arrests, and I will do this despite the fact that no definitive ruling has been made as to how he suffered the injuries that lead to his death.

I notice in all the rioting videos that they take it just to the limit of what they know will be tolerated. Nothing more , nothing less.
Bunch of cowards. But as time goes on they will probably start branching out to more sinister type protests and actions. It will take some more time but they will. All I can say is that if you're not one of them then be ready at a moments notice. It's coming.

Most of that was people throwing things so ineffectively that it just amounted to high velocity littering, a guy who can't break a window with a chair, and some dude who decided that the best tool for breaking car windows is a plastic traffic cone....FFS, I am disappoint.

I'll pass on any uprisings. Seen one riot (actually two if you consider the celebratory destruction following a 49'er win in SF) and don't need another. The rioters will play right into the hands of the folks who want martial law. F*cking wonderful.
In the celebratory destruction, I was off duty and confiscated a stop sign from some college kid. Left that in the care of a station agent. In the King Riot, my partners and I netted four looters and spent hours writing the reports. |

This has more to do with the politics of the role players in these instances than it does with their race. I can't believe I'm saying this because it's laughable, but if there were to be a war it won't be along racial lines.
