It's still rather dramatic around here.
We have a roommate who's kind of an immature dick and my GF yells at him a lot. So yesterday the landlord was here and we were all discussing that he is taking up too much garage space and we need some too. GF and roommate start shouting at each other, landlord refused to participate in the pointless shouting match any more, and I waited until they were done so I could try to have a rational negotiation with the guy. Well, they got done yelling at each other after a while and I did have a successful discussion where we worked out an acceptable agreement. So now I'm the bad guy because I didn't have any interest in telling the roommate what a cunt he is and storming off like everyone else did. WTF?! She's giving me a bunch of shit about needing to always "take her side". Well fuck, I thought we were trying to get space in the garage (which I did), not just yell at a guy to be yelling at him. I'm having some serious misgivings about this whole thing. It's like I get two good days and then the crazy comes out for two or three, over and over.. Maybe I should just head back to the Gunshine State.
