12 Year-Old’s Facebook Page Locked After Posting Viral Video Questioning Obama’s Love of Country

Last week, Conservative teen CJ Pearson, an African-American middle-schooler, posted an epic defense of New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s repeated claims that President Barack Obama “doesn’t love America.”

***
On Friday, C.J. Pearson, a 12-year-old conservative from Georgia who posted a viral video supporting Rudy Giuliani, discovered that his personal Facebook page was locked. In an exclusive interview with Examiner.com on Saturday, Pearson said he received a message from someone about 6 a.m. Friday. That’s when he learned his account and page had been locked for “suspicious activity.”

Welcome to free speech in the Progressive Liberal world, I have no doubt this is a prelude to what is in store for us all via FCC soon.

I thought you had to be 14 for Facebook?

I finally found the video on youtube after my mom told me how good it was.

It's not. I was really hoping for awesomeness and was very disappointed. He just kind of rambles and doesn't get specific about anything, which is a tragedy because since the content is nothing memorable, everyone's focus is on his age and race and not what he actually says. I was saying to myself "please tell me this isn't the video everyone's talking about."

He nails Obama to the wall for not properly taking action after Americans were murdered by ISIS, but it's lost in the rambling.

It's conservative moon bats reaching for a race card to play.

Facebook requires a minimum age of 13.

He is 12.

Their site their rules.

Just Googled it. Facebook policy seem to be that you have to be at least 13 years old to have an account. I wonder if someone ratted him out based on his age.

You just click a report option and FB looks over the profile to verify before locking it.

I do it every time my girl is carrying on about some stupid fuckjng moonbat friend of hers giving their six year old a Facebook profile.

That old Bill of Rights is obsolete---written 200 years ago by some old white men.

We are now governed by "intellectual" liberals who decide what those first 10 amendments mean and who they apply to.

And they do not apply to you and me.

What does how a private company handles their property have to do with the Bill of Rights?

Think about this for a second. If gays can sue a private company for not baking them a wedding cake, what keeps this kid from suing facebook for civil rights violations.

ETA just saw the part about being 12 on facebook.

The kid might not be gay though, so the plan would fall apart.

Also, if he was under the required minimum age in the Terms of Use when he signed up then he was in violation from the get go.

Some of you sound just as retarded as the libs when the lesbian waitress claimed she got a nasty note instead of a tip.  Anti Obama stuff is posted on facebook all the time.  It isn't censored.  It isn't taken down.  Accounts aren't locked.  This has nothing to do with civil rights, the first amendment, or net neutrality.  FFS

The reaction of Arfcom, and internet posts in general, is strong counter-evidence against the idea that "conservatives are rational, not emotional like libs".

It's not straight a line with left and right on either end. It's a horseshoe shape with the extremes of both ends very close together in how they react to things and present arguments.

Unless Facebook has changed their policy, a 12 year olds page should be locked, if they admit they are 12.  They have (used to have) a policy that you have to be 13 to create an account.

Very hard to claim you were shut down for your views, when your entire presence is a volition of policy, and cause to be locked down.
