Despite being fox news, I'm sure this was in part pushed by the white house. Really, what is Obama's ONLY win since he's been in office? Killing Bin Laden? And here we are, a few days out from elections, with the republicans actually looking good, and what do we have? Someone saying loudly "Oh hey, remember how we killed Bin Laden? Don't forget that we killed Bin Laden. Just in case you missed it, we got Bin Laden!" I'm sure the WH will distance themselves from the seal... and that might be why they allowed Fox News. But nonetheless, the timing is interesting. |

Weird I could have swore the seal that shot Bin Laden is out of the military now. In fact I'm pretty sure its the old fat guy that works at my LGS I could have swore I heard him go on about how he was a seal and always went on classified missions.

Dangerous. It will make him a very specific target for legit terrorists and those looking to be famous.

I've heard so many bullshit stories from gun shop employees - many of them in regards to the OBL raid. The same type of gun shop employee who tells you that 9mm is for pussies and only a .45 will do (and point to their shorty Kimber 1911 they're open carrying). Thank God for e-commerce.
