Yeah, not eating is a good way to cut calories.
I did the same with soda, etc. That and other junk food. Not eating is the secret. That an no liquid calories (sodas, juice, etc) that don't come from alcohol. Nutrient dense food rather than sugar dense food is also very helpful. All I drink anymore is water, with the occasional beer or if I'm feeling really pretentious, scotch. It's so sad that alcohol is so calorie dense. 7 calories per fucking gram.
